In the Valmiki Ramayana, a dialogue between the sage Jabali and Shri Ram is mentioned, which is very interesting... ....................................................... ... At the time of the meeting between Rama and Bharata, sage Jabali is also present. Shri Rama insists that he cannot disturb his soul by breaking the promise he made to his late father, while Sage Jabali tells Sri Ram that these words are no longer of any importance and have no practical use, but that now public sentiment should be cherished. During the argument between the two, Sage Jabali once says that man is confused about the departed souls and runs after him, forgetting that the living being dissolves all his ties after death. He has no relationship with anyone, he remains neither the father of anyone nor the son of anyone.
In such a situation, the deeds of a person released from the world become meaningless to the departed soul. He can derive neither joy nor sorrow from those actions. But the ordinary person still remains in confusion..

The Ashtakadi Shraddha is dedicated to the Pitra-devas, a belief that permeates the mind of the person with the idea that he will find devotional enjoyment in that world here. This is purely psychological and at the same time a waste of food. ** श्रयदि भुक्तमिहान्येन देहमन्यस्य गच्छति । दद्यात् प्रवसतां श्राद्धं तत्पथ्यमशनं भवेत् ।।15।।** Indeed, if this food is given to the body of another and it is found somewhere, then it becomes easy for the person who has gone to a foreign land to get food there - perform his Shradh here and his hunger will be satisfied there!………………………………………………. ………………………………………………. ...
This dialogue is worth reading... because in today's world, those who call themselves Sanatani want to impose their views on everyone. Ram never says follow my way, Ram only says follow the way of dignity, and that dignity can never go to the extent that you or anyone does violence in his name or through his worship and the common people justify it, that's it. There is no way of Ram.
